Spring Maintenance Reminder
April is the perfect time for a "fresh start" before the humidity peaks.
- For Tenants: Please check your AC filters. Replacing them monthly not only keeps your air clean but also lowers your utility bills. If you need a replacement, stop by our office!
- For Homeowners: It's "pressure washing season." Check your driveways and siding for winter mildew to stay compliant with community curb-appeal standards.
Landscaping & Irrigation
Gainesville's watering restrictions are in full effect. To conserve our local water table and keep your lawn healthy, please adhere to the Alachua County irrigation schedule:
- Odd-numbered addresses: Wednesday/Saturday
- Even-numbered addresses: Thursday/Sunday
- Non-residential: Tuesday/Friday
