AC Filter Reminder — Don't Skip This One!

Regular air-filter changes keep your system running efficiently, improve indoor air quality, and help prevent costly repairs.

Tenants: Please remember to replace your AC filter monthly unless otherwise stated in your lease.
If you notice airflow issues or unusual noises, submit a maintenance request promptly.

Your lungs (and the HVAC unit) will thank you.

Upcoming Rentals & Renewals

We're gearing up for a busy leasing season with new homes coming available soon across Gainesville and surrounding areas.

Thinking about renewing?
Fall 2026 renewals are already underway — and yes, that's intentional.

Fall 2026 Renewals — Act Now

Residents with leases expiring in Fall 2026 should expect renewal offers soon if they haven't already received them.

Why so early?
Locks in housing
Helps with planning
Avoids last-minute stress (no one likes that)

If you receive a renewal notice, please review and respond promptly to secure your spot.

Safety Inspections Being Scheduled

Routine life-safety inspections will be taking place in the coming weeks. These include checks of:

• Smoke detectors
• Carbon monoxide detectors (for gas appliances)
• Fire extinguishers
• Other safety-related items

Residents will receive advance notice before entry.
Pets must be secured during your scheduled time block.
You do not need to be home for these inspections.

Safety isn't optional — it's priority #1.

Big News… We're Moving!

Cornerstone Management Services is preparing for an office relocation soon!

This move will allow us to better serve our growing portfolio and clients — more space, smoother operations, same great team.
